KATHARINA RECIEVED HER MBA IN BUSINESS AND COMMUNICATION/TV JOURNALISM FROM FU BERLIN AND THE PRESTIGIOUS GRAND ECOLE CELSA SORBONNE IN PARIS. HER THESIS ON SCIENCE JOURNALISM "PRIME-TIME FOR SCIENCE" WAS PUBLISHED AS A BOOK BY GERMAN PUBLISHING HOUSE SPRINGER. SHE IS FLUENT IN ENGLISH, FRENCH, GERMAN, POLISH AND SPANISH.

KATHARINA BARON HAS PRODUCED AND DIRECTED BRANDED CONTENT AND COMMERCIALS FOR CLIENTS SUCH AS MERCEDES-BENZ, SWAROVSKI, VW, SMART, STYLEBOP, INTERVIEW MAGAZINE, OYSTER, VOGUE, SOHO HOUSE AND BRAUN (WITH JESSICA ALBA). SHE WAS RECENTLY CREATIVE DIRECTOR AND FASHION EDITOR FOR SWAROVSKI MAGAZINE AND THE FACE OF THEIR GERMAN AND FRENCH CRYSTAL BLOG.  AS AN EXPERT ON BRANDED CONTENT, SHE IS THE FOUNDER AND OWNER OF HOUSE OF BARON, A MEMBER OF WOMEN IN FILM AND A SPEAKER AT HOLLYWOOD DIGITAL. 

WHILE STUDYING IN PARIS SHE LIVED ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE THEATER SCHOOL COURS FLORENT AND STARTED ACTING WITH THE STUDENTS WHO REHEARSED IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING.  ACTING CAME NATURAL AS SHE ALREADY WORKED IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA AS A TV HOST FOR VIVA TV,  VOGUE/KADEWE, AND OYSTER TV, INTERVIEWING EVERYONE FROM KARL LAGERFELD TO STELLA MCCARTNEY. 

KATHARINA STARRED IN JOY DE V ALONGSIDE CLAUDIA CARDINALE, THE FRENCH MOVIE ARLETTY WITH LAETITIA CASTA, WITH MARLON WAYANS IN 5TH QUARTER AND WAS IN GERMAN TV SHOWS SUCH AS POLIZEIRUF AND SOKO.  SHE STUDIED AT THE COURS FLORENT IN PARIS, AND WITH JACK WALTZER AND SUSAN BATSON (COACH OF OPRAH & NICOLE KIDMAN ) AND IS CURRENTLY A WORKING FINALIST AT THE ACTOR'S STUDIO. KATHARINA HAS DIRECTED & WRITTEN SHORT FILMS THAT HAVE BEEN FEATURED AT CANNES, HOFER FILMFESTSPIELE AND ROME INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL. SHE WON THE BEST FASHION FILM DOCUMENTARY AWARD AT THE PARIS FASHION FILM FESTIVAL. SHE IS CURRENTLY DEVELOPPING HER OWN FEATURE FILM AND TV PROJECTS.
