Sarah T. Roberts is a an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Studies at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). Her academic and research interests are focused on digital labour, knowledge work and the reconfigurations of labor and production in a Post-Industrial, globalized context. She is known for her work on Commercial Content Modertation, or CCM, and has presented on this topic at re:publica 16, among many other places.
